Blue Lotus ( Nymphaea Carerulea), Valerian Root ( Valeriana Officinalis), Lavender (Lavendula Angustifola), Passion Flower (Passionflora), and Lemon Balm (Melissa Officinalis).
Blue Lotus- May induce euphoric feelings, lucid dreams, and help relieve symptoms of insomnia.
Valerian Root- May improve quality of sleep, reduce anxiety, and improve symptoms of insomnia.
Lavender- May improve sleep, induce calmness, and boost immune health.
Passion Flower- May help with anxiety, reduce stress, and aid in sleep.
Lemon Balm- May reduce stress, improve sleep, reduce anxiety, and symptoms of insomnia.
Instructions: Steep 1-2 teaspoons in hot water for 5-10 minutes enjoy sweetened or unsweetened. Loose leaf tea can be steeped twice per serving. Blue Lotus and Valerian root may have a slight bitter taste add honey or any kind of sweetener you like and enjoy a good night's rest.
