INSURANCE

Customers are strongly encouraged to purchase "Route Package Protection" at checkout. This delivery insurance will help to provide real-time tracking and seamlessly file delivery claims. Purchases without insurance are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or redelivery.

 

DELIVERY

All orders purchased before 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time are processed on the following business day. 

All orders are shipped within 24 hours after the order is processed.

Orders will not be processed or shipped on Sundays or Federal holidays. 

Restrictions

Black Owned 365 reserves the right to cancel orders under the following circumstances: 

• Suspected fraud
• Orders made below the minimum order price ($44 USD)
• Incomplete Address Details 
• Orders with P.O. Box addresses
• Orders addressed outside of the U.S. or U.S. Territories

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

If a product is damaged in shipping/upon receipt, you must contact customer service within 48 hours. Either will assist with completing a claim and return. Please see the Returns & Refunds Policy which provides detailed information about options and procedures for returning your order.
